– Added Connect IQ Data Field Support (useful for apps like Stryd and others)

This is the first time we've seen recovery time on the everyman-stop Garmin sentinel, and it's the same algorithm equally seen on the higher-end watches. GPS & Hr Accuracy:

In general, I don't find many wrist-based optical Hour sensors that do well route cycling, especially with any intensity changes. The FR55 really does relatively well here compared to the FR945LTE. It's non that the FR945LTE is horrible or anything, rather, it'south just what I tend to encounter sometimes variability-wise. Meanwhile, the FR55 seems to have lucked out more than on this ride.

I shouldn't take to practise a clunky workaround using a run profile designed for Zwift, just to transmit my HR to a fitness app at the gym.
Small-scale annoyances aside, this is a very strong watch for Garmin for runners, and in some means, the fact that they used the existing Drag V3 sensor seems to have done better than the newer V4 sensor in my testing this circular. And ultimately, that's by and large what this watch is: Taking 'known good' features from all of Garmin's college end watches, and stuffing them into a lower cost bespeak. Worked out pretty well this time.
